Our Booking PolicyA $200.00 deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellations and requests to reschedule must be made no later than 1 week prior to event date to receive a full refund. The time selected is our time of arrival. Please allow 1 hr time for set up.

At the time of booking, a $200 deposit is required. To receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 1 week in advance. Cancellations made after this time will result in forfeiture of the full deposit. In the event of rain, it is the client's responsibility to provide a shelter for the chef to ensure cooking can continue and the remaining balance of each clients invoice must be paid prior to the chef departing the location. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SCHEDULED TIME OF YOUR RESERVATION IS OUR ARRIVAL TIME, AND WE REQUIRE A ONE-HOUR WINDOW TO SET UP.

Private Dining with Chef Michael

I am expanding Rad Dad with a new
offering, dining with Chef Michael. I’ll be stepping beyond hibachi and offering a more elevated private chef dining experience, with thoughtfully crafted menus and a more intimate, upscale style of dining.
This is my way of offering clients a fresh take on private dining— this will be a 3 course menu created around your preferences keeping it fun, relaxed, and approachable while bringing a more upscale and intimate feel to the experience.
